TradingView Indicator · How I run it
How I run Po3 - my setup, start to finish.
The settings I keep on, the ones I leave off until needed, and how I read the HTF candle sets down to a CISD trigger.
00
Quick start
Five steps from a blank chart to the setup I actually trade.
- Use a chart from 1m to 15m. Auto Timeframes keeps the three HTF candle sets following it.
- Set Direction Filter to Auto.
- Turn on Key Levels (PDH, PDL, PWH, PWL) and the session liquidity.
- Turn on CISD and Continuation CISD, plus the Profiler HUD and TF Alignment Panel.
- Leave Advanced Settings off, and set alerts last.
Good to know
SMT and PSP are confirmation, not a trigger.
01
Timeframe
Chart on 1m to 15m and let the HTF sets follow.
Auto Timeframes on
The three HTF candle sets follow the chart.
| Chart | Set 1 | Set 2 | Set 3 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5m | 1H | 4H | Daily |
| 15m | 4H | Daily | Weekly |
02
What stays on
The settings I do not touch.
Direction Filter Auto
Locks bias once the anchor HTF C2 fires, so I stop arguing with it.
Show Advanced Settings off
The defaults are the working set.
HTF candle sets 1, 2, 3 on
Count 4 each.
Show Key Levels on
PDH, PDL, PWH, PWL. Smart Cutoff on so swept levels drop off.
Session liquidity on
NYAM, NYPM, Asia, London, with Hide Mitigated Levels on.
CISD on
Continuation CISD on too.
Profiler HUD on
TF Alignment Panel on
03
What stays off until I need it
Switch these on only for a specific job.
Phase Labels (C1...) off
Remaining time off
Vertical Separators off
CISD Standard Deviations off
Volume Imbalance off
04
How I read it
Five things, in order.
- Start on the right. HTF candles show which higher timeframe candle swept and reclaimed (C2). The line on it is the C2 sweep.
- Turn on Phase Labels if I need to count C1, C2, C3 from the swept reference candle.
- Check where price sits against PDH, PDL and the session highs and lows. Those are the liquidity pools.
- Drop to the chart for the trigger. A CISD in the direction of the HTF bias is the one I care about. Continuation CISD is for adding after a pullback.
- SMT and PSP are confirmation, not a trigger.
05
Clean use list
Keep the chart readable and know the quirks.
Crowded chart
Cut Count to 2 or turn off sessions first.
Time Format
Set Time Format and the session times to your own.
Skipped sets
A set is skipped if the chart timeframe equals its HTF. That is by design.
Live C2 line
Follows the forming bar and settles at the close. Confirmed lines do not repaint.
Alerts
Set alerts last. TradingView freezes settings into the alert.
06
A clean use
What a readable chart looks like.
- HTF candle sets 1, 2, 3 on, Count 4 each.
- Key Levels and session liquidity on, mitigated levels hidden.
- If it gets crowded, cut Count to 2 or turn off sessions first.
