TradingView Indicator · How I run it
How I run Alphabet Soup - my setup, start to finish.
The timeframes I pair, what stays on, what stays off, and how I read a C2 through to delivery. Pair this with the full settings reference.
00
Quick start
One chart, one story: the HTF candle tells me where price is in its Power of Three.
- Chart 5m with HTF 1H for execution, or 15m with 4H for the bigger read.
- Leave TF Alignment on
Auto. GoManualonly for a specific pair. - Keep HTF Candles, Closure Formation, HTF FVG, key levels, SMT and PSP on.
- Turn off HTF 3, CTF Swings, T-Spot fill and fib projection until you need them.
- Set Bias to
Autoand the timezone to New York.
01
Timeframes
Two pairings cover almost everything I do.
Chart 5m, HTF 1H
For execution on the hour.
Chart 15m, HTF 4H
For the bigger read.
Auto Timeframes on
The indicator picks the pairing for you from the chart.
TF Alignment Auto
I only go
Manual when I want a specific pair, like 1H C2s against 4H levels.
02
What I keep on
Everything here earns its place on the chart.

HTF FVG on
The targets in the path.
PDH/PDL and PWH/PWL on
The levels a C2 should sweep.
SMT and PSP on
Divergence as confirmation.
ADR and Bias table on

03
What I turn off
Less on screen means faster reads.
HTF 3 off
Off until needed.
CTF Swings off
Off until needed.
T-Spot fill off
Off until needed.
Fib projection off
Off until needed.
04
Bias and session
Know the direction and know where the day starts.
Bias Auto
The table tells me bullish or bearish from the higher timeframe.
Bias Filter on
FVGs against the bias are hidden.
Timezone UTC-4
New York. The 09:30 open and 18:00 day open are drawn so I always know where the day starts.
05
How I read the signals
C1 sets the range, C2 sweeps it, CISD confirms, C3 and C4 deliver.
- C1 is the HTF candle that sets the range.
- C2 prints when the next HTF candle sweeps the C1 high or low and closes back inside. That is the manipulation. Direction is now set: sweep high is bearish, sweep low is bullish.
- CISD confirms the turn. I want the displacement through the CISD level before I treat the C2 as real.
- C3 and C4 are the delivery. If price closes back through the C2 level, the label becomes xC2 and the idea is dead.
06
A clean setup
Worked example: what has to line up before I take it.
- C2 sweeps a level that matters: PDH/PDL, PWH/PWL, or an HTF swing.
- It closes back inside the C1 range.
- CISD prints in the same direction.
- An HTF FVG or EQ sits in the path as the target.
- SMT or PSP agrees. A peer like ES failing to make the same extreme is a strong extra.
- Bias matches.
The rule
If two or three of these are missing, I skip it.
07
Key Level Filter and alerts
Quieter chart, quieter alerts.
Draw only at Key Levels
A formation only shows if it happened within 3 HTF candles of touching a key level. SMT is the exception.
Session filter on
London and NY AM only.
Alert on
C2 closures and CISD, then go to the chart.
Reminder
It marks structure. The trade plan and risk are still on you.
